专利说明:
[0001] The present invention relates to a cylindrical can comprising a receptacle and a cork closure device for butchering the receptacle. One envisaged field of application is in particular, but not exclusively, that of the storage of foodstuffs which should be preserved vis-à-vis the air outside the box. Known cylindrical boxes include a cylindrical receptacle with a circular guide curve and a composite closure device comprising a cork portion and a portion made of a polymeric material. Thus, the receptacle, usually made of a cellulosic material, has a circular edge and an opening delimited by said circular edge. As regards the closure device, it has a shoulder delimiting one of the other, a gripping portion and a capping portion of a diameter smaller than that of the gripping portion. And the capping portion, of cylindrical symmetry, has a contact strip and a substantially perpendicular free face, covered with a layer of a polymeric material. In this way, the closing portion can be carried inside the opening of the receptacle so as to close off this opening. The contact strip covered with the polymeric material then seals against the inner edge of the receptacle along the circular edge, while the shoulder is pressed against the circular edge. The polymer material increases the seal at the contact strip between the cork and the inner rim of the receptacle. Such closure has many advantages, however, it is relatively expensive because it requires the implementation of a composite closure device. Also, a problem that arises and that aims to solve the present invention is to provide a cylindrical box which is not only waterproof but also, which is less expensive to achieve. In order to solve this problem, according to a first object, the present invention proposes a cylindrical box comprising a receptacle and a circular cork closure device intended to butcher said receptacle, said receptacle having an opening and a circular edge surrounding said opening, said closure device having a shoulder delimiting a gripping portion and a plugging portion, said plugging portion having a proximal circular edge along said shoulder. Said receptacle comprises a circular bulge extending inside said receptacle, along said circular edge; and said proximal circular rim of said capping portion has a groove, so that said circular bulge engages within said groove, when said capping portion is squeezed through said opening. Thus, a feature of the invention lies in the implementation of a circular bulge inside the receptacle and the realization of a groove in the capping portion at the proximal circular edge 15 adjacent the shoulder . In this way, when the closing portion of the closure device is carried through the opening of the receptacle, it is carried substantially coaxially with the receptacle, and is applied firstly uniformly against the outer edge of the circular bulge. Then, by forcing the closure device, the sealing portion is driven in friction against the circular bulge and tends to compress radially, whereas the circular bulge conversely widens substantially to allow the passage of the part of corking. At the end of the stroke, the circular edge abuts against the shoulder, while the circular bulge is loosened substantially inside the groove and, conversely, the closing portion is released beyond the circular bulge inside the receptacle. Consequently, not only the closure device is securely connected to the receptacle, but also, the closure is more tight because, the contact surface between the capping portion and the receptacle is greater than that of the contact surfaces between two cylindrical elements 30 of the boxes according to the prior art. In addition, there is no need to provide an additional layer of polymer material, which reduces the costs of production. [0002] According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, said closure portion has a free distal circular border opposite to said proximal circular border, and said distal edge has a chamfer. In this way, the chamfered distal edge of the closure portion 5 is adapted to engage in the opening inside the circular bulge, and therefore, the filling operation of the receptacle is easier, as one will explain it in more detail in the following description. Further, since said plug portion has a plugging thickness, while said grip portion has a grip thickness, said grip thickness is greater than said plugging thickness. In this way, the stresses that are just exerted on the gripping portion to be able to engage the corking part inside the receptacle, are better absorbed, and does not risk damaging it. [0003] According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, said groove has a straight flank extending in the extension of said shoulder. Thus, the groove comes along the shoulder, and when the circular bulge is engaged, the circular edge of the receptacle is then held in abutment against the shoulder. This also contributes to the sealing of the closure. [0004] According to another embodiment of the invention, said groove has a curved flank opposite said shoulder, having a radius of curvature of flank Rf. The radius of curvature is then defined by the intersection of a radial plane coming to cut the curved flank, and the flank of the groove is then defined by an ellipsoidal surface portion. In this way, the curved flank then forms a ramp 25 for the circular bulge when the capping part is engaged in the opening. When the circular bulge retracts, while the closing portion is released, the closure device and then driven axially inwardly of the receptacle and thus the circular edge bearing against the shoulder. [0005] In addition, said chamfer has a chamfer radius of curvature Rc. The radius of curvature of the chamfer is also defined with respect to a radial plane which cuts the chamfer. The surface of the free distal circular border is then substantially ellipsoidal in shape also, which makes it easier to nest the capping part on the receptacle. Preferably, the radii of curvature of flank Rf and Chamfer Rc are substantially identical. In addition, particularly advantageously, said closing portion defines a tangential closure cylinder having a closure radius Rb, while said gripping portion defines a tangential gripping cylinder coaxial with said tangential closure cylinder and having a gripping radius Rp, and the difference of said Rb and gripping radii Rp is between 3 and 5 mm. Such a relative value of the corking radii and the gripping radii makes it possible to operate the capping within the acceptable limits of cork deformation of the corking part. In addition, said closure portion has a free face opposite to said gripping portion and defined by said chamfer by a circular line 15 having a diameter smaller than the bottom diameter of said groove. Thus, by adjusting the dimensions of the circular bulge, the free distal circular edge easily engages inside the circular bulge, while the latter remains substantially compressed inside the groove so as to ensure, a A good sealing of the closure, but also a better connection of the closure device and the receptacle. According to another object, the present invention proposes a circular cork closure device for a cylindrical box according to any one of the characteristics stated above, the closure device having a shoulder delimiting a gripping portion and a capping portion, Said capping portion having a proximal circular border along said shoulder; said proximal circular edge of said capping portion having a groove. For example, the closure device according to the invention is made from a cork material made of agglomerated cork particles. [0006] Other features and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the following description of a particular embodiment of the invention, given by way of indication but not limitation, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 is a schematic axial sectional view of a closure device according to the invention; and - Figure 2 is a schematic view in axial section of an element of the cylindrical box according to the invention adapted to receive the closure device according to the invention. Figure 1 illustrates a closure device 10, while Figure 2 illustrates a receptacle 12. As will be explained in the following description, the closure device 10 is intended to cooperate with the receptacle 12 to form a cylindrical box according to the invention. [0007] The closure device 10 is made of a single piece of circular cork symmetry. It can be cut in a piece of natural cork. Advantageously, the closure device 10 is made in a piece of agglomerated cork. It comprises a gripping portion 14 and a closing portion 16, separated from each other by a shoulder 18. The closing portion 16 has an inner free face 20, while on the opposite side, the portion 16 The gripping portion 14 of the closure device 10 has, for example, a diameter of between 90 mm and 70 mm, ie a gripping radius Rp of between 45 mm and 35 mm, while the gripping portion 14 of the closure device 10 has, for example, a diameter of between 90 mm and 70 mm. that the closing portion 16 has a diameter of between 82 mm and 64 mm, ie a radius Rb of between 41 mm and 32 mm. It will be observed that the diameters and the radii are measured with respect to two concentric theoretical cylinders, tangent respectively to the gripping portion 14 and to the plugging portion 16. It is also intended to design plugging devices 10 with radii Rp Grip and Rb capping with diameters outside the limits mentioned above. More precisely, the difference between the clogging radius Rb and the gripping radius Rp is, for example, between 3 mm and 5 mm, so as to be able to ensure both a sealed closure mode and to preserve an aesthetic character to the cylindrical object box. of the invention. For indeed, the capping radius Rb corresponds in this case, substantially to the outer radius of the receptacle 12. [0008] In addition, the sealing portion 16 has a thickness Eb, for example between 5 mm and 8 mm, while the gripping portion 18 has a thickness Ep between 6 mm and 10 mm. It will be observed that the thickness Ep of the gripping portion 18 is greater than the thickness Eb of the sealing portion so as to obtain a good mechanical strength of the gripping portion with respect to the forces exerted on it. as will be explained below. The closure portion 16 further has a proximal circular border 24 and a contiguous distal circular border 26. A groove 28 is made in the proximal circular border 24. The groove 28 has a right sidewall 30 extending in the extension of the shoulder 18 and the opposite a curved sidewall 32. The distal circular edge 26 has in addition to a chamfer 34. Thus, the groove 28 of the proximal circular edge 24 has, along a radial section, a radius of curvature Rf between 1 mm and 2.5 mm. With regard to the chamfered distal circular edge 26, it has, always in a radial section, a radius of curvature Rc of between 1 mm and 2.5 mm also. For example, the radii of curvature Rf and Rc are identical. Their value is for example 1.75 mm. [0009] Referring now to Figure 2 showing the receptacle 12 with which is adapted to cooperate the closure device 10. The receptacle 12 is made of a cellulosic material for example. It is nonetheless rigid. The material has, for example, a thickness of between 1 mm and 2.5 mm. The receptacle 12 is of cylindrical symmetry with a circular guide curve. It has a circular edge 36 defining an opening 38, which opens into the interior 40 of the receptacle 12. The latter has a bottom 41. In addition, the receptacle 12 comprises an upper circular bulge 42 free, made according to the technique of the edge rolled. The upper circular bulge 42 extends inwardly of the opening 38. For example, it has a radial thickness of between 3 mm and 5 mm. Advantageously, the radial thickness of the circular bulge 42 is 4 mm. Preferably, in a radial section, the upper circular bulge 3031970 7 42 has a radius substantially identical to the radius of curvature Rf of the groove 28. It will be observed that the outer diameter of the receptacle 12 is substantially equal to twice the radius Rp of the part In addition, the receptacle 12 has a lower circular bulge 44 extending inwardly 40 of the receptacle 12 and on which the bottom 41 bears. Thus, with reference to FIGS. FIGS. 1 and 2 will describe the cooperation of the closure device 10 and the receptacle 12. [0010] By coaxially approaching the closure device 10 of the receptacle 12, the closure part 16 is first introduced through the opening 38 and in this way, the chamfer 34 of the distal circular edge 26 bears against the bulge. 42. More precisely, the chamfer 34 comes into contact on the upper part of the upper circular bulge 42. At the point of contact, the tangent common to the upper circular bulge 42 and the chamfer 34 is substantially inclined relative to the axis symmetry of the closure device 10 which is common to that of the receptacle 12. The inclination of the tangent is for example 45 °. The closure device 10 is then force-driven along the aforementioned axis of symmetry towards the receptacle 12. Therefore, the chamfer 34 and the upper part of the upper circular bulge 42 form crawl with respect to each other, and while the distal circular rim 26 tends to cause radial widening of the opening 38 by substantially deforming the upper circular bulge 42, the same upper circular bulge 42 tends to radially compress the distal circular rim 26 itself. Given its nature, cork, this radial contraction is made possible. Continuing to depress the closure device 10 inside 40 of the receptacle 12, when the curved flank 32 then comes into contact with the lower part of the upper circular bulge 42, the distal circular edge 26 conversely relaxes radially. while the upper circular bulge 42 loosens and thus tightens the opening 38. These two concomitant effects, tend to cause the further drive of the closure device 10 inwardly 40 of the receptacle 12, until 3031970 8 the shoulder 18 comes into abutment against the circular edge 36. The upper circular bulge 42 then relaxes inside the groove 28. The closure device 10 is then completely integral with the receptacle 12. It is also prisoner in the limit of efforts to exert on the closure device 10 to separate it. It will be observed that these forces are greater than those which must be implemented to separate the conventional plugging devices where the plugging portion is purely cylindrical. Taking into account the contact surfaces between the closure device 10 and the receptacle 12 which extend from the point of contact between the circular edge 36 and the shoulder 18 to the inside 40 of the receptacle 12, of the point of contact between the bent flank 32 and the lower part of the upper circular bulge 42, a good seal is obtained from the inside 40 of the box vis-à-vis the outside. [0011] Moreover, thanks to the lower circular bulge 44, of the same nature as the upper circular bulge 42, it is possible to bring the closure device 10 against the bottom wall 41 and to secure it there. The closure device 10 then remains captive when using the receptacle 12.
